A Fair and A Fog

Sunday unraveled from the brutal screeching of my alarm to the depressing night that carried over to the next day.

Festival of the Arts, Forest Hills

The Festival of the Arts along Austin St was quite amazing. The street was just crowded with people, food, colors, and activities for kids and their parents. Below are a couple of snapshots:



This is sticky the balloon cat.



I'm making it a habit to take a snapshot of every stuffed gorilla I see.











The really cool "Moroccan Guy" who sold Crispy and I some tiny lanterns made in, well you guessed it...Morocco.

Off to Mass where I managed this one after everyone left for the meeting in the basement:

I wasn't baptized here, but this would probably be my first memory of a Church.

The night was lengthy and a bundles of confusion. I was stuck in a basement for awhile because one tangent after another were added to the links of voting and arguing. My head was more of a blur by the time I got home...and well...everything turned into a thousand shades of gray...

    the church! the lights coming in through the stained glass windows are amazing
